Abdallah Hamdan- a student at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the Arab American University participated at the Creativity and Innovation Training Program in Poland under the supervision of Partners for Sustainable Development- Ketabi net and with coordination with the Graduate Affairs Department, the office of the V.P for Community Affairs and the Deanship of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology
The visit to Poland included three main cities as the program started by attending presentations for different companies at the capital Warsaw where some products and projects were presented and people were allowed to discuss. Hamdan was active during the meeting, and he attended lectures with experts in Information Technology and Engineering. Hamdan also participated at specialized trainings in building robots by using devices like laser cutters, and got advices about how to develop Creativity and Innovation in Palestine.
Dr. Nizam Thiab- the P.V for Community Affairs said that the university is always careful to encourage its students to participate at practical trainings inside and outside Palestine. The university aims to develop students’ skills to prepare them to the labour market.
