A delegation from the Turkish Embassy visits the university and meets the President Prof. Dr. Ali Zeidan Abu Zuhri who briefed the visiting delegation on the university vision, goals and academic programs. The two also discussed enhancing their mutual cooperation
The Arab American University VP for Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Faleh Abu Arra welcomed a delegation from the Arab Islamic Bank, which visited the university to discuss ways of developing cooperation between the two in areas of mutual interest.
The delegation included Chairman of the Arab Islamic Bank Board of Directors Dr. Ateef Alawneh, the Director General of the Bank Mr. Hani Nasser, the Bank Branches Manager Mr. Nitham Al-Zamil and Head of Jenin Branch Mr. Mohammed Zakarneh.
During the meeting, Mr. Abu Arra welcomed the visiting delegation, stressing on the university philosophy and vision that’s based on building strong relations with local and international institutions as a recognition of the partnership and communication importance for the students and local community.
Arab American University President Prof. Dr. Ali Zidan Abu Zuhri welcomed the Higher Council for Youth and Sports Assistant Undersecretary Marwan Wishahi and Director of the Palestinian Police Academy Colonel Mansour Khuzaymia, who visited the university to discuss ways of cooperation to activate various student activities locally and regionally.
The University President listened to their suggestions and proposals to activate the students' role in both local and regional activities. Dr. Abu Zuhri stressed on the readiness of the university to organize any activity to benefit the students. Emphasizing on the importance of extracurricular activities that contribute in students' personalities and creativity refinement, both in school or after graduation.
