Master in Commercial Law

LEARNING OUTCOME

  1. Promote the scientific and professional abilities of graduate students and the develop stimuli in commercial law.
  2. Train students to be able to research and analyze, and develop their abilities to follow the methods of legal research.
  3. Refine students’ personalities to work within the spirit of one team.
  4. Open the door to outstanding undergraduate students to pursue their studies in the field of commercial law.
  5. Strengthen legal research in the Arab American University.
  6. Provide public and private sector institutions with qualified Palestinian researchers and specialists in commercial law.

 

Careers of graduates: 

Provide qualified human resources capable of working in the private sector in banks, insurance companies, stock and brokerage firms in the public and private sectors, and even in the quasi-government sector with market capital of the Palestinian Investment and others.
