The Arab American University and Cisco Academy organize three training courses, entitled “Training of Trainers,” where ten employees from the university joined the training that was held at Al-Quds University campus – Abu Deis with the trainer Eng. Ehab Attya from Al-Quds University.
The training courses are; basics of computer IT Essentials course, computer network management CCNA1, and CCNA2.
The Office of Vice-President for Training Affairs and the Occupational Therapy Department at AAUJ held a training session for the training supervisors in the department, 40 training hours, presented by Mr. Yazid Ghanaim. It aimed to develop the professional supervision skills, which reflects on supervisors' performance in supervising the department students and provide them with practical skills to serve their academic and professional improvement.
The course provided an opportunity to enrich the participants’ professional supervision method and increase their ability to guide students with treatment plans based on linking the academic and practical aspects with the different cases.
It is the first of its kind, in which the participants praised its discussed contents, their importance to them, and the way they achieve their desired goals.
The Arab American University participated in the 24th forum to exchange training offers for Arab Universities’ Students held in the Egyptian Sharm Al-Sheikh, under the auspices of Zagazig University and in presence of representatives of 60 universities from a number of Arab countries.
“The Arab American University received several training offers from Arab Universities in various specialization. Likewise, it presented several training opportunities for students of other universities, where the trainings take place at the host country’s companies, institutions and universities”, said the VP for Training and Community Services Affairs Dr. Nizam Daib who represented the university in the forum.
