Arab American University Chairman of Board of Directors Dr. Yousef Asfour visits the university to check its academic and research achievements, international partnerships and its ongoing developmental projects.
Dr. Asfour was welcomed by University President Prof. Dr. Ali Zeidan Abu Zuhri, Directors Board Member Mr. Ghaleb Al-Hafi, the shareholder Dr. Raed Dalbah, University President Administrative and Financial Affairs Assistant Mr. Faleh Abu Arra, Assistant to the Dean of Admission and Registration Eng. Bara Asfour and Professor Fathi Amour.
Students of “Conflict, Peace and Development” course at Arab American University Conflict Resolution and Development program made a scientific visit to the Agricultural Industrial Zone in Jericho city to identify its work mechanism and its role in supporting Palestinian economy.
The visit was supervised by the course professor Dr. Dalal Erekat accompanied by Professor of Graduate Studies Dr. Ayman Yousef. The visit entitled “Development under Occupation”.
The project manager Eng. Hatem Youssef and his deputy Ali Erekat welcomed the university delegation, they presented the agricultural industrial zone in Jericho and gave a full explanation on the development company, its vision and its strategic objectives to build, develop and achieve economic independence.
Vice-Chairman of the AAUP Board of Directors Eng. Abdulhalim Mowaheed made an inspection visit to the university site in Ramallah and Jenin’s campus to check developmental projects, the university's academic and research achievements and international partnerships.
University President Prof. Dr. Ali Zedan Abu Zuhri, Academic Advisor for the Board of Directors and AAUP founder president Prof. Dr. Waleed Deep, University President Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Faleh Abu Arra, Assistant to the Dean of Admission and Registration Eng.
