In 2008, Arabic Language and Media Department was established. Based on a new vision combining Arabic language and Media in a single program, student is gets a bachelor degrees qualifying him/her to work in both education and media fields.
The department includes seven full-time teachers and several part-time teachers in the areas of Language and Media, in addition to two technicians work as Media supervisors in the radio and television studio.
Estimated number of the department’s students between 180 to 200 students. In most cases, after successfully accomplishing 135 credit hours the student earn his Bachelor degree. The department aspires to develop their linguistic, literary and media abilities, and prepare them to work in Media or Education.
