Screening Two films for two AAUP students in Maysa Al-Shaer and Amjad Hab Alreh within the festival "Ana Palestinia" organized by the university in cooperation with Shashat Association.
The film “dead land” A documentary film that highlights two women from Anin village in Jenin governorate who have lost their land due to the Israeli wall and have been denied cultivation. This made their lives between having small hope and on the other hand feeling complete injustice and threatened that women well be forbidden from their sources of livelihood and self-achievement.
The film " Kilimanjaro Girls " The story talks about 3 Palestinian girls that have decided to climb Kilimanjaro mountains in Tanzania. The five-day climbing journey begins, where they find themselves facing many difficulties and challenges during the journey …. and when they come near the top a snow storm begins so will they complete the journey or not?
it is worth mentioning that Amjad Had Alrih graduated from Arabic Language and Media Dept at the university and now works as a journalism in Palestine Sports Channel. The Director Maysa graduated from the Multimedia Technology Department and is currently working in digital marketing. She has also established a number of influential digital community initiatives.

“Ana Falestinia” is part of the project of " Lets watch a movie " for Shashat Institution in partnership with the University Graduates Association and the Sunflower Foundation for Human and Environmental Protection. this project is considered to be a three-year cultural and community project funded mainly by the European Union and co-financed by the Swiss CFD Foundation and the Representative of the Republic of Poland in Palestine.
