Announcement for the Students Whom Are Expected to Graduate at the End of the First Semester 2018/2019

Expected Graduate Students at the end of the first semester 2018/2018

Please review the Deanship of Admission and Registration starting from 06/01/2019 till 30/01/2019 in order to:

1. Assure the your Four Name in both languages is correct, for students that want their names to be alike as their personal ID and their high school certificate.
2. Adjust ther fourth name as their ID according to Ministry of Education and issue a new high school certificate.
3. We Advise that for students to right their names according to their passports
4. Delivering their community service to Alumni Affairs in the Deanship of Student Affairs before 30/01/2019.
5. To make sure the Birth date is accurate and correctly inserted in the system which will be printed on the certificate.
6. Ensure all official papers is in the student file at the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
