Academic collaborations with Belgium

Professor Ali Zaidan AbuZuhri- the Arab American University President discussed means of cultural and scientific collaboration with the Belgian Consul, Mr. Bruno Yans.  
Dr, Mufid Qassom – the V.P for International Affairs,Dr. Osama Salameh- the V.P for Planning and Development, Mr. Faleh AbuArrah- the Assistant to the President for the Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Muath Sabha- the Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and Mr. Fathi I’mour- the Public Relations Manager were at the reception of the Consul.

Professor AbuZuhri talked about the mission and the vision of the university and how it aims to achieve an academic excellence. He explained how the university encourages scientific researches and encourages providing the local community with different possible services. Prof. AbuZuhri also gave a detailed explanation about the variety of academic programs of Bachelor and Masters Degrees that the university provides, and how they prepare students to the needs of the labour markets.


Mr. Yans appreciated the great hospitality of the university and asserted that the consulate is ready to enhance and encourage means of collaboration between the Arab American University and other Belgian universities.
