Faculty of Nursing at Arab American University organized a meeting for its students at Ramallah campus on early detection and diagnosis of eye diseases.
From the Early Eye Diseases Diagnosis
Dean of Faculty of Nursing and Allied Medical Sciences Prof. Dr. Mohammed Asia said “This meeting comes to pursuit developing the Faculty of Nursing students and aims to train them on the correct examination mechanism using modern and sophisticated equipment. It targets all the Palestinian society to detect and diagnose eye diseases to prevent sight weakness and lose and to take necessary treatment before the diseases spread”.
Dr. Rima Al-Shabani, lecturer at Hadassah College in Jerusalem, supervised the lecture. She presented an introductory profile of early diseases types and mentioned Palestinian society ophthalmology statistics.
