The Arab American University honors the students who won at the tennis championship

The deanship of the students’ affairs at the Arab American University honored the winner students at the university championship in tennis during a ceremony for the winners that 60 students participated in, and this was organized by the sports activity department.
The ceremony was attended by the dean of the student affairs Dr. Ma’n Zakarneh, the head of the sport activity department Mr.Oúdai Daraghmeh, the coach of Al-Hudhud star team and the students.

The ceremony contained an honoring to the following students, Mouath Ishtaya from the Administrational and Finance faculty who got the first place at the championship, and at the second place was Aámer Rabayá from the Engineering and IT faculty. MAriam Khelfa from the science and Art faculty got the first place at the girls’ championship, while Dima Jarrar from the Administrational and Finance faculty got the second place.

During the ceremony, Dr. Ma’n Zakarneh said that the Arab American University supports such those extracurricular activities, and he also mentioned that the university’s tennis team is always ready to compete with other universities. He also appreciated the sport activity department to upgrade the level of the teams through the trainings and the guidance.

The head of the activity department O’dai Daraghmeh said that the universities championship for tennis had started three days ago, and ended today by honoring the winners, and the strategy was that the loser gets out from the first time. He said that the competing between students was strong and that the students had a great sport spirit with each other.
