The study was about the termination of indefinite employment contract and the comparison between the Palestinian, Jordanian and Egyptian labour law. The concept of the indefinite contract that doesn’t have a clear identification.
At the end of the discussion, the committee contained by the supervisor and chairman of the committee Dr. Bashar Daraghmeh, the internal examiner from Arab American University Dr. Anas Abu Al-A’un, and the external examiner from An-Najah University Dr. Muayad Hattab decided to grant the student the master's degree after some amendments mentioned during the discussion.
