The graduate affairs department at the Arab American University opened the first training course with collaboration with the international youth foundation. The course meant to train students of the university and introduce them to the first electronic employment gate “Palestine works”.
Dr. Nitham Thiab- the vice president for the community affairs and Bilal Al-Ashqar- the head of the graduate affairs department received the representatives of the international youth foundation and praised their efforts on program and the projects that benefit students.
Ya’qoub Sa’d- the manager of the electronic employment gate gave a detailed explanation about the gate and its working mechanism, and asserted that “Palestine works” aims to enhance students’ responsibilities and develop their personal efficiency.
At the end of the meeting, students were put in groups to introduce the electronic gate to them and teach them how to use the website “Palestine works”.
