Mr. Faleh AbuArrah- the Assistant to the President for the Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Arab American University and a delegation from the Palestinian Chamber of Commerce Union discussed collaboration possibilities to train students from different specialities in paid joint training programs in order to enhance their skills and abilities to help in blending them in the Palestinian and regional labour markets.
The delegation included the General-Secretary of the Palestinian Chamber of Commerce Union, Mr. Jamal Jawabra, Mr. Micheal Potchel- the training officer at the union and Mr. Hisham Mashad- the Head of the Chamber of Commerce in Jenin.
Mr. Faleh AbuArrah gave a detailed explanation about the university, it mission and vision and its academic programs. He asserted that the university always welcomes any local or international collaboration that aim to train students and develop their skills.
Mr. Jawabra appreciated the good hospitality and asserted on the importance of helping students in their career lives by putting them in labour markets directly after their graduation. This will develop the sense of responsibility in students and will help them get a better job that will utilize their future.
