The President honors the National Economic Asfour the Merit Star from the Medal of the Palestinian State.
This came during the reception of his sovereignty, for the National Economist and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arab American University Dr. Yousef Asfour at the presidential headquarters in Ramallah, In the presence of the Executive Committee of PLO Dr. Ziad Abu Amro and Dr. Ali Zidan Abu Zuhri, the adviser to the President of the Diplomatic Dr. Majdi Khaldi, and Head of Presidential Office Entasar Abu Amarah
The president honored Dr. Yusuf Asfour the merit star in recognition of his honorable national role and his economic contributions in higher education field and serving the causes of his people and homeland.
