The Fiqih and Law Department at the Faculty of Law organized a religious symposium in the memory of the prophet’s birth. The symposium was about Prophet Mohammad’s manners and aimed to encourage students to follow his sunneh.
Dr. Khair Al-Deen Talib- the Head of the Fiqih and Law Department at the university indicated that the faculty always seeks to organize such workshops and symposiums to high the educational and the Shara’i level of knowledge for students. He asserted that we all need to remember the prophet everyday and to get to know his manners and behaviour.
Dr. Mohammad Alsayed- a professor at Al-Quds Open University talked about the decent position that the prophet has among Muslims and indicated that we all should support him when people stand against him. He also clarified that 200 million people around the world were called Mohammad after him.
Dr. Helmi AbdelHadi- the professor at AAUJ asserted that the youth must support the prophet by applying his sunna and treat people with the same manners as his.
