Under the cooperation with Jawwal Company, the university chose 20 students from the interviews that were arranged with students who applied to participate at the training program “Ana Jawwal” under the motto “Be ready to Challenge”.
This training program aims to richen the experiences of the students by making them go through many experiments with specialties from the company. This will give students the chance to put some promotional plans and to implement them at the university and the local community.
The program is divided into many stages; the first is the training stage which will be five intensive days at the General Administration Headquarter, then comes the implementation stage that includes the preparation of the promotion plans and then showing them to the leader of the program to finally seek for those plans to be applied at the campus of the university. The last stage is the evaluation stage that comes after the project is half done, as all the stages will be concluded when the evaluation process is done. Cash prizes will be given to the winners during a ceremony at the end of the program.
The head of the Graduate Affairs Department Bilal Al-Ashqar asserted that the university always seeks to encourage the students to participate and be integrated at the labour market before graduating from the university in order to upgrade their competitive ability at the market. Rana Hajayja, the program coordinator appreciated the role that the university does to encourage students and develop the relation for the students’ interests.
