The graduate affairs department at the Arab American University organized a workshop under the name “partnership for development” that is managed and implemented by 21 institutions in the West Bank and Gaza strip. This workshop aims to choose students who are interested in implementing community projects as they will support the entrepreneurs to be able to implement their projects successfully.
Dr. Nitham Thiab started the workshop by welcoming the guests and the participants. Dr. Thiab asserted on the importance of this workshop as it provides the chance for students to blend in the society. He added that one of the university’s main missions is to provide services for the local community.
The project’s coordinator Rami Masaad introduced the participated projects and institutions and indicated that this project is working on developing the youth abilities to prepare them for the community problems, in order to make a change in the local community.
