The Late Maher Fared Irshied Scholarship

Arab American University announces there is a number of available scholarships from Mrs. Farida Maher Irshied on behalf of her late father Maher Fared Irshied, according to these conditions:

1. Scholarship is offered to high school graduates wishing to join the Arab American University and current Arab American University students
2. The scholarship covers 75% of the student’s credit hours, with a maximum of (500) JD per semester
3. The scholarship doesn’t cover the summer semester
4. It is necessary to maintain a GPA of at least 2 per semester to keep the scholarship. If the GPA falls below 2, student loses the scholarship
5. Student who lost the scholarship can get it back by raising his/her GPA to 2 or higher and does not benefit from it in the semester where it is less than 2
6. The scholarship covers 4 year maximum

Students wishing to apply for this scholarship should fill the application at the Deanship of Student Affairs, attaching the following:

1. Personal photo
2. Transcript for the student last semester at Arab American University or the High School transcript for new students

Students wishing to benefit from this scholarship must consult the Deanship of Student Affairs to receive the applications from:

1. Loans and Scholarships Department / Mrs. Aya Jarar
2. Mr. Mohammas Kameel’s Office
