The president of the Arab American University Prof. Dr. Ali Zeidan Abu Zuhri welcomed the President of Palestine’s Supreme Judicial Council and the President of the Supreme Court ChancellorImad Saleem Saad, who visited the university to discus enhancing cooperation between the two parties and give a lecture for law students.
During the visit, Secretary-General of the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Asad Al-Shnar, President of the Jenin’s First Instance Court Judge Nizar Hajji, President of Tubas Court Judge Ahmed Al-Thaher and Advisor of the President of the Supreme Judicial Council for Courts Management MR. Mohammad Nobani, all accompanied Chancellor Saad.
The Faculty of Law at the Arab American University has developed a special course for the 1948 Palestinian lands students’ enrolled in the university, which meets the labor market requirements in terms of the laws and the in force procedures at courts and various departments.
The Dean of the Faculty Dr. Bashar Daraghmeh, said this path was developing due to the 1948 students’ large and growing demand to study in the faculty and meet their ambitions and future desires. Also facilitate their integration into their residential areas’ labor market.
Faculty of Law honored the student Manar Haitham Daraghmeh for completing memorizing the Holy Quran, in presence of the faculty students and the Student Council.
Dr. Bashar Daraghmeh, Dean of the faculty, praised Manar’s achievement, pointing that she is an example to follow for her excellence in both her high school studies and university studies.
