The University's Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded a group of students’ master degrees in Strategic Planning and Fundraising and Computer Science.
The committee, composed of the thesis supervisor and the chairman of the committee Prof. Dr. Ayman Yousef, co-supervisor Dr. Wael Abo Al-Hasan, Arab American University internal examiner Dr. Mohamed Abu Sherba, and the external examiner Dr. Omar Rahal, awarded the student Ahmed Youssef Amarna a master degree in Strategic Planning and Fundraising for his thesis, entitled “Enhancing the culture of strategic Planning in the NGO sector in Palestine, Tamer and the Palestinian Advisory Board as a Case Study”. Also the committee of the thesis supervisor and the chairman of the committee Dr.
Minster of Higher Education his Excellency Dr. Sabri Saidam handedthe accreditation of the Master of Health Informatics, to the Arab American University Chairman Dr. Yousef Asfour.
It happens in presence of; the Arab American University Directors Board Academic Advisor and the University Founding President Dr. Waleed Deeb, Undersecretary of the Ministry Dr. Basri Saleh, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Dr. Asad Al-Ramlawi, Ehab Al-Qabaj, and President of the National Commission for Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Higher Education Institutions Dr. Sami Pasha, during a meeting at the Ministry of Higher Education in Ramallah.
Prof. Robert Roth, Director of the Geneva Academy of International and Humanitarian Law at the University of Geneva, visited the university's campus in Ramallah. He was welcomed by Dr. Waleed Deeb, University Board of Directors Academic Advisor and Founding President, and Dr. Osama Salameh, VP for Development and Quality.
The visit aimed to discuss joint cooperation ways between the University and the Academy. After listening to a detailed talk about the university, Dr. Roth expressed his happiness visiting it and admiration for its advanced capabilities in education.
