The project “soft landing” is qualified for the two students Sewar Muhaid and Malk Shalabi from AAUP for the second phase with Ejada Entrepreneurship project, that is executed by the Excellence and Continuing Education Center at Hebron Polytechnic University in cooperation with Taawan institution.

The project is a tool (jacket and movable belt suspended in the ceiling for mobility and movement) designed for people with spinal cord injuries, stroke, neurological disorders affecting movement, as well as for elderly, where this tool prevents and reduces the rate of falls and complications.

The Launching of International STEM Program in its Palestinian Version at the University

The University announced the launching of the International STEM Program in its Palestinian version with the cooperation of Ministry of Education. Where about 200 students participated from schools of directorates of education in Jenin, Qabatiya and Tubas.

The launching was during the ceremony, that was attended by the VP of Training Affairs Dr. Nizam Diab, Representative of Ministry of Education Mr. Murad Abed Al-Ghani, Dean of Faculty of Sciences Dr. Mua’yad Abu Saa, Faculty members, representatives from schools of directorates of education and student and teachers participants.

the university’s team qualifies for the final stage in the project of supporting up-coming Palestinian companies "PASS"

AAUP team has qualified for the third and final stage in PASS Competition, which is part of a program implemented by Leaders institution, funded by the Korean Agency for International Cooperation. The team consists of students and graduates from the faculties of Engineering & Information Technology, administrative and financial Sciences, where the team was selection among the top 10 leading projects national wide.

Other universities are also participating in the project as Al-Quds, Birzeit, Al-Najah, and Khadouri".

The idea of the project is to design a device that measures and analyzes ECG signals, using data mining techniques to predict the patient's heart disorder problems and to find a cure for it before complications occur.
